House Photography – Terms and Conditions

By purchasing photos or photo products from House Photography, you agree to the following terms.

1. Ordering
All orders placed through the gallery or online store are final once payment has been completed.

2. Image Selection
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct images and packages before completing their order. House Photography is not responsible for incorrect selections made during checkout.

3. Digital Images
Purchased digital images are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Images may not be resold, altered for commercial use, or distributed for profit.

4. Copyright
All images remain the copyright of House Photography and photographer Ethan House. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any images is prohibited.

5. Screenshots and Unauthorized Use
Screenshots, screen recordings, or unauthorized downloading of images from galleries are strictly prohibited. Only purchased images may be downloaded or printed.

6. Print Quality
House Photography cannot guarantee the quality of prints produced by third-party printing labs. For best results, prints should be ordered directly through the gallery.

7. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of photography products, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided once images or products have been delivered.
